A few weeks ago, I wrote a post commenting on a recent study that found that big US non-profits are out pacing those in the corporate world when it comes to adopting social media.
I just read an interview with the author of the study, Eric Mattson, on the NetSquared blog and podcast site. The interview gives some further background on the study as well as some of the author’s thoughts about the findings.
Mattson apparently plans to do some further study in the area to look at the benefits these non-profits are experiencing as a result of engagement in the social media arena.
